Mental Health & Peer Support was built out of what we wished we had on our hardest nights on the road: someone who understood trucking, picked up the phone, and did not make us feel weak for struggling. We know the miles can get long, the silence in the cab can get loud, and sometimes the weight on your chest has nothing to do with the freight in the trailer.
Our support starts with confidential, round‑the‑clock guidance. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, angry, or just completely worn down, you can reach out at any time and talk with someone who gets that you are not sitting in an office-you are in a sleeper, a rest area, or a shipper's lot trying to keep it together. We connect you with practical mental health resources that work with irregular schedules, spotty reception, and tight paychecks. A big part of the help we offer is Peer Support Group Facilitation. These are organized group sessions where drivers come together-online or in small meetups-to talk honestly about what it is like out there. No corporate script. No lectures. Just truckers supporting truckers. You hear how others cope with loneliness, family strain, dispatch pressure, and burnout, and you get space to share what you are carrying without having to explain the basics of the job.
Over time, those groups turn into a real driver support network, not just a one‑time meeting. You build connections you can lean on between runs, learn practical ways to take care of your head and heart, and remember that asking for help is not weakness; it is maintenance, just like checking your oil before a long pull.
